This lock-down has really made me aware of my health and much more mindful of where I put my hands, of the habits I need to change and the life I want to live. I have become so much healthier in these last months, including eating more fruits and veggies along with consuming more water.
This time has been very good for my body and I’m aware it was this way because I finally chose to be healthier and to follow through with that decision.
Now that everything is re-opening, it is tempting to go back to old habits, but I’ve made a decision to reinforce my new ones. This also includes going for more walks in nature, enjoying the world around me more and not losing sight of the things, people and places that light up my whole heart!
