Feeling good in your body is another confidence booster, especially when you can look in the mirror, and see the results of the work you have been putting into leading a healthy and happy life.

It is not a stretch of the imagination to admire your healthy and strong body, no matter the size. When you think you’re sexy, beautiful and attractive, then you feel as such and become as such. Feeling healthy and loving the body you’re in, basically knowing you look amazing is one of the best ways to boost your mood, when things are becoming too stressed.

Being able to look in the mirror and truly admire and adore the person looking back at you is a very powerful thing and will remind you of all the goodness that is also inside of that body.

Some may say it’s shallow to need physical reminders, especially those that relate to beauty, however, it really is not. Your outward appearance oftentimes, is how you express what’s going on with you, so when you look and feel comfortable, it will show and give you the added boost you may need as you go through your day!

Ain’t no shame in believing you are the beautiful and attractive person you know you are!

  1. One of my favorite beauty mood boosters would be to add a bit of mascara to my look. It draws more attention to my eyes and makes me feel kind of cute. So mascara would definitely be a mood booster for me that is beauty related.

  2. I agree with you that looking good, makes you feel good. If you look at yourself and feel better, that’s power. There’s a direct correlation between inner beauty and outer beauty – the way you view yourself is the way others view you, too.

    1. It’s so true. When you feel good about yourself and you get that validation back bu also acknowledging that you also look good, it’s such a beautifully powerful thing! We need to please ourselves first and that’s the truth.


  3. Great tips! Whenever I feel sad or my mood is off, I look at the mirror, tie my hair and apply red or pink lipstick! This trick always works 😀
